We had such a wonderful experience with Mirasol Milano during our stay in Napa. From the moment we met her, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and Mirasol went above and beyond to make it feel extra special. She surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It wasn’t just the gifts—it was the warmth and kindness behind them that really stood out. We also had such a nice conversation with her about Puerto Rico. She told us she had visited before and would love to come back, and that little connection made the interaction feel even more personal and memorable. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Napa. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special thank you to Mirasol at the front desk, who was wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with a smile.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We visit Napa every year and this was our first time staying here. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are very clean and updated, the beds are comfortable, and they even have a nice continental breakfast. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Marisol and Jeffrey were so sweet, and really made our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Gina was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and amazing. Everything made our stay feel easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

I work for a glazing company that does a lot of work in Napa, and The Napa Winery Inn is our #1 choice when booking our crew members out of town. The staff is extremely considerate, kind, accommodating and very welcoming. The facility is very neat, clean, and well kept. What a wonderful location. The best part was the hospitable staff. Melinda at the front desk was amazing. She was such a gracious host so kind and very warm. Good service and good staff make all the difference in any .location. Melinda is some of the best service we’ve ever had.Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! Napa Winery Inn was exactly what we needed. The Inn was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the Inn was perfect for our stay. It was close enough to everything but not too close, and the grounds were beautiful. Most of all, the front desk staff were the best! Super friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. A special shoutout to Mirasol Milano at the front desk. Mirasol was so sweet and helpful and made our special occasion weekend even more special! Thank you! Can't wait to visit again!
