Best hotel I have stayed at in Napa in a long time. Wonderful customer service, Jefferey checked me in and Is just an absolute pleasure to speak with. He made my stay amazing and Marisol was a delight ! The whole staff is amazing and friendly and the hot tub is crystal clear and the pool as well. Just wonderful hotel all around with winery wine tasting at 5pm in the lobby for free. It is amazing! Wine and cheese and chocolate. This place is amazing and next to all the best restaurants. It is a treasure in Napa. I will always stay here again!

We loved our stay at Napa Winery Inn!! It was a last minute trip over the 4th of July and me and my wife had an amazing experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. And Gina was specifically attentive and hospitable upon our arrival! We loved the soaking tub and comfortable bedding. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing. The suite was perfect with a patio straight out to the pool. The staff was wonderful. Melinda and Taylor went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. I would absolutely stay here a million times over.

I recently booked at the Napa Winery Inn under stressful circumstances my home in was being fumigated, and I needed to find a safe place quickly for myself and my daughter. To make matters worse, I accidentally booked the wrong dates while already overwhelmed. Randy at the front desk turned what could have been an even more chaotic experience into something genuinely touching. He was incredibly kind and patient, helped me sort out my reservation, made sure I received the local rate as a Solano County resident, and even guided me through how to handle my Expedia reimbursement. He truly went above and beyond at a moment when I needed it most. I can’t recommend this place enough and Randy is exactly the kind of person who makes a hotel feel like more than just a place to stay. Thank you! 🙏

There was a conference on in San Francisco so we decided to go to the Napa for a couple of days. We didn’t arrive until late but as soon as we saw the hotel we enquired about stating an extra night. The rooms were large and airy and had a separate sink station and wine fridge. There was a buffet style breakfast which set us up for the day. The location is very close to Down Town Napa and the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but Melinda, Marisol and Jeff were 3 that I did. There was another guy on reception who was extremely friendly too, and the breakfast lady was a sweetheart. The housekeeping staff were wonderful as well. They had beverages you could purchase and enjoy in the common area if you didn’t want to go out in the evening. Will definitely be back

Anna was very kind and offered exceptional service! She gave us a complimentary suite upgrade and created a smooth check in and check out experience. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great.

A very nice man checked us in. Our room was extremely clean and the AC was great. It did not go on and off all night AND was good and cool. Great breakfast also !!

Great stay at Napa Winery Inn! I was not able to take photo of our stay but the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is basic with a good variety to start your day like Fresh fruit, cereals, bagels, other breads, and waffles, Hard-boiled eggs, Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juice Perks: They offer free open parking and have an electric vehicle charger on-site, which is super convenient. A wonderful, comfortable choice for a Napa trip!

We loved our stay at Napa Winery Inn. Rooms were beautiful, clean and well kept. Our room had a private patio and direct access to the swimming pool and hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed! Staff is super friendly as well. Melinda at the front desk was the sweetest; she offered us complementary wine and chocolate truffles that she hand delivered to our suite. We truly loved our time at the Napa Winery Inn. Definitely recommend!
