Melinda was super sweet and super helpful. Very thoughtful with our pups too. This is such a cute place to stay, very clean and modern! Love the amenities too, fridges inside the rooms are so clutch! Can’t wait to stay here again. Will definitely be back!!

Spacious room. Newly decorated - tastefully stylish and well maintained. Very clean. Good location between Napa and Yountville. Excellent customer service- Mirasol and Jeffrey! Relaxing, peaceful pool area. Reliable free WiFi. Good value as well. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Napa Winery Inn! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Napa. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We had lunch at the Brazilian steakhouse right next door in the same parking lot, which was delicious and so convenient, especially with its full bar. Being close to downtown Napa, wineries, and so many great things to do made it the perfect home base for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nothing beats this experience from customer service to my room just as Chic as it can be. And what a wonderful birthday gift and atmosphere to be in. I was disappointed the fire pit wasn't working. I wish they'd had said something before we came just so I wouldn't be upset. Other than that everything was perfect. Go for that room with the one patio entrance, it's worth it! It's a little higher than some of the hotels, but honestly it's cheaper than almost anything I've seen, especially for California! What an excellent deal, and the customer service. They were the best of the best! Best food best sitting area to eat, and is everybody so friendly and nice. In addition, she gave us all kinds of coupons for wineries and things in the area. What a perfect fit from my big 67!! Thank you thank you thank you! Oh and they said that, in the reviews it was too loud. Loud. I had the room closest to the street. The lowest level. I heard nothing that night!

Best hotel I have stayed at in Napa in a long time. Wonderful customer service, Jefferey checked me in and Is just an absolute pleasure to speak with. He made my stay amazing and Marisol was a delight ! The whole staff is amazing and friendly and the hot tub is crystal clear and the pool as well. Just wonderful hotel all around with winery wine tasting at 5pm in the lobby for free. It is amazing! Wine and cheese and chocolate. This place is amazing and next to all the best restaurants. It is a treasure in Napa. I will always stay here again!

We loved our stay at Napa Winery Inn!! It was a last minute trip over the 4th of July and me and my wife had an amazing experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. And Gina was specifically attentive and hospitable upon our arrival! We loved the soaking tub and comfortable bedding. We will definitely be back!

I recently booked at the Napa Winery Inn under stressful circumstances my home in was being fumigated, and I needed to find a safe place quickly for myself and my daughter. To make matters worse, I accidentally booked the wrong dates while already overwhelmed. Randy at the front desk turned what could have been an even more chaotic experience into something genuinely touching. He was incredibly kind and patient, helped me sort out my reservation, made sure I received the local rate as a Solano County resident, and even guided me through how to handle my Expedia reimbursement. He truly went above and beyond at a moment when I needed it most. I can’t recommend this place enough and Randy is exactly the kind of person who makes a hotel feel like more than just a place to stay. Thank you! 🙏
