We had such a wonderful experience with Mirasol Milano during our stay in Napa. From the moment we met her, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and Mirasol went above and beyond to make it feel extra special. She surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It wasn’t just the gifts—it was the warmth and kindness behind them that really stood out. We also had such a nice conversation with her about Puerto Rico. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Napa. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special thank you to Mirasol at the front desk, who was wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with a smile.

Great stay at Napa Winery Inn! I was not able to take photo of our stay but the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is basic with a good variety to start your day like Fresh fruit, cereals, bagels, other breads, and waffles, Hard-boiled eggs, Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juice Perks: They offer free open parking and have an electric vehicle charger on-site, which is super convenient. A wonderful, comfortable choice for a Napa trip!

A very nice man checked us in. Our room was extremely clean and the AC was great. It did not go on and off all night AND was good and cool. Great breakfast also !!

What a wonderful location. The best part was the hospitable staff. Melinda at the front desk was amazing. She was such a gracious host so kind and very warm. Good service and good staff make all the difference in any .location. Melinda is some of the best service we’ve ever had.Highly recommend.
