Loved my stay at this hotel! Gina at the front desk was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place for vacation. Warmly welcomed by reception (Lilly), smooth check in. Room is clean and spacious.

Melinda U greeted us when we arrived. I wasn’t feeling well and she immediately got me some crackers which helped. I appreciated her kindness. She gave us, hands down, THE BEST customer service we’ve had in years! She made check in so easy. She was is so sweet. Natilie P and Gina were equally incredible and made our booking experience easy and joyful. They were both sweet and informative. We will be back because of these three incredible employees. Kudos to you ladies!! We APPRECIATE your wonderful hospitality and amazing personalities. The suite was incredible especially the bathroom!! It had a bathtub and shower combo that was beautiful which, I know, is weird to say about a bathroom. They surprised us a bottle of wine & chocolates. We slept like babies on the king size bed. We slept so good we almost missed breakfast!! The rooms have multiple closets which is nice for two people, a mini fridge for drinks and leftovers. We liked having two tv’s so when one of us was ready for bed the other could go watch tv in the “living room” area. Overall, this gem of a hotel was incredible!! We will only be staying here from now on when we come to Napa!

A special shoutout to **Jeffrey** at the front desk, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive, taking care of every little detail and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire visit. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Was able to book very last minute for an affordable price. Complimentary breakfast and the parking was free. All the staff is super sweet. It's definitely a hidden gem. Would definitely come back here!

We loved our stay at the Napa Winery Inn. Melinda, the front desk agent, was so kind and welcoming. The amenities and service are excellent. We loved our room and they even offered a wine tasting with charcuterie on the day we checked in. We will certainly be staying here again!

This place was absolutely perfect! Randy welcomed us so warmly and made us feel right at home. Spending our honeymoon here with our dog felt so special to us and loved every bit of it. The room was spotless, spacious, and even had a beautiful scent. Honestly, the only regret is that our stay was just for one day—we wish we could have stayed longer! Randy defiantly made our experience even more unforgettable.

This hotel is an absolute gem!!!! We stay here often and always feel a warm, happy, welcome. The rooms are perfect… spacious, very comfy bed, & modern finishes. A special shout out to Melinda at the front desk for being a ray of sunshine and making our experience exceptional. There are two fantastic restaurants very close by: Flume & Il Posto. Yountville is a quick uber ride away :) we will be back many more times!!
