I recently booked at the Napa Winery Inn under stressful circumstances my home in was being fumigated, and I needed to find a safe place quickly for myself and my daughter. To make matters worse, I accidentally booked the wrong dates while already overwhelmed. Randy at the front desk turned what could have been an even more chaotic experience into something genuinely touching. He was incredibly kind and patient, helped me sort out my reservation, made sure I received the local rate as a Solano County resident, and even guided me through how to handle my Expedia reimbursement. He truly went above and beyond at a moment when I needed it most. I can’t recommend this place enough and Randy is exactly the kind of person who makes a hotel feel like more than just a place to stay. Thank you! 🙏

We stayed at the Napa Winery Inn and it was awesome and clean! I was disappointed the first day when they had an issue with the hot tub…they had it repaired as promised and in the time they specifically told us it would be repaired. The staff was amazing and they were very nice.

This hotel was very nice. The location is good for vusiting Napa and surrounding areas. I was impressed with how nicely decorated the lobby and rooms are. Everything was very clean. We called and spoke to Jeffery about an early checkin. He was happy to accommodate us. Marisol welcomed us and checked us in. Randy checked us out. He graciously inquired if everything had been to our expectations. Marisol surprised us with a bottle of wine since we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. We’re looking forward to staying there again. Hopefully their new patio will be ready to enjoy.I

We loved our stay at Napa Winery Inn. Rooms were beautiful, clean and well kept. Our room had a private patio and direct access to the swimming pool and hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed! Staff is super friendly as well. Melinda at the front desk was the sweetest; she offered us complementary wine and chocolate truffles that she hand delivered to our suite. We truly loved our time at the Napa Winery Inn. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience. We came into town for a festival. Location was great (quick and cheap Lyft). Customer service was OUTSTANDING. Hotel on paper, but Bed and Breakfast-type personable experience in reality. Rooms looked recently renovated and were clean. Beds were so comfortable that I didn’t miss my mattress at home. Overall, this was an absolutely solid stay and I’m looking forward to seeing them again when I’m in town next year!

I had a wonderful stay at Napa Winery Inn! The room was very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Melinda at the front desk was amazing — friendly, professional, and super helpful throughout our visit. She really made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Napa!
