This reservation is guaranteed with the credit card provided. If the reservation needs to be canceled it must be done by 4 PM PST (local hotel time), two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Advanced purchase-non-refundable reservations are final with no exceptions. The cancellation fee will be equal to the first nights room charge. Reservation cancellations that required a two night minimum stay are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the two nights room charge. All changes or cancellations of a reservation must be made through the original booking process, such as a travel agent, third party, or via the hotel directly. Event dates with alternate cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of booking. Group reservation cancellations are subject to the group specific sales contract restrictions.
No-Show fees apply to any or all guests who have a reservation at the Napa Winery Inn, who do not check in on the date of arrival, and who do not provide the required cancellation notification. A No-Show (unoccupied room) will be charged the equivalent of the first night room rate and tax per room. Minimum two-day reservations will be charged the full two-day room rate and tax per room.

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Every effort will be made to accommodate earlier arrival. A late check-out time must be requested at the front desk on the evening before departure, and is subject to availability.
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 per room is required for your pets. There is a maximum of two (2) pets per room, with a weight limit of 50 pounds; there are limited pet rooms available.
