Reservation Policy

Your reservation has been guaranteed by CREDIT CARD. If you need to cancel this reservation, you must do so by 4 PM PST (local hotel time). March & April, Sunday through Thursday 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, Friday & Saturday 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.  May through October, Sunday through Thursday 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.  Friday and Saturday 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.  November through February, 72 hours 7 days a week prior to the date of arrival. Advance purchase non refundable reservations are just that, non cancellable and non refundable. All reservations are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee if they are not inside the cancellation time frame. Reservations inside the cancellation time frame are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first nights room charge.  Reservation cancellations that required a two night minimum stay are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the two nights room charge.

Special Event weekends follow the Advance Purchase Non Refundable Restrictions: These include BottleRock in May and the Safeway Open in October. For specific dates please contact the hotel.

Payments: We only accept cash, traveler's checks, or major credit cards. Cash reservations must be paid in full at check in.

Advance Deposits: Your credit card will be charged for the 1st night of your stay when you reach the date you are no longer able to cancel. For example if your reservation has a 24 hour cancellation policy your card will be charged at the 24 hour mark, or 48 hour, or 72 hour. If you have an advance purchase non refundable rate your card will be charged immediately upon booking and it will be non cancellable and non refundable.

Check-in/Check-out:  Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Every effort will be made to accommodate earlier arrival. A late check-out time must be requested at the front desk on the evening before departure, and is subject to availability.

Pet Policy: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 per room is required for your pets. There is a maximum of two (2) pets per room, with a weight limit of 50 pounds;  there are limited pet rooms available.

Guest Requests: We cannot guarantee special requests; however, we do our best to accommodate them.
